Matte Pressed Eyeshadow

Objective: To create a full spectrum cool toned, matte, buildable, blendable, and ceasefree eyeshadow palette that does not contain a petroleum based emollient. Suitable for all skin types but, geared towards older skin. Must also be able to hold fine details when pressed with decorative stamping and still maintain a degree of softness for ease of use. All colorants must be eye and lip safe in order to facilitate flexible usage. Tones in the brown, black, and white ranges mimic natural shadow and highlight so that it can be used as a contour and highlight product.

Audience: All ages but, geared towards women with creative flair over the age of 35 with cool or olive skin tones. Can be marketed as a multiple use product such as a blush, contour, highlight, or lip topper. May also be marketed to the special effect makeup community as an alternative to oil based products.
