Hydrating Cool Toned Satin Finish Lipstick

Objective: To create a satin finish, hydrating, buildable, protective barrier lipstick that will last all day. Made with serum ingredients to act as a lip mask while still providing strong color payoff. With the finish just on the edge between satin and matte, it maintains deep hydration, while having the benefit of changing the finish by layering with a lip gloss. The formula needs to be able to hold fine detail when removed from a mold, hold up to various ambient temperatures, and still maintain a comfortable spreadability.

Audience: All ages but, geared towards people with cool toned skin. May be packaged with a lip gloss to provide versatility in finish.
